Let’s send Dominion a message:

  • It is not all right to disfigure Virginia’s most picturesque landscape.

  • It is not all right to take our land by condemnation for the benefit of well-heeled shareholders.

  • It is not all right to run roughshod over local communities in order to sell energy from polluting coal plants in the Ohio Valley to inefficient industrial users in the Northeast.

  • It is not all right to ignore the promotion of energy conservation practices.

  • It is not all right to build 150-foot industrial towers on the edges of land held in conservation easement.

  • It is not all right to squeeze scenic rivers, wild lands, and historic places out of existence.

  • It is not all right to string highly energetic, dangerous power lines next to people’s homes.

The Power-line Landowners Alliance (PLA), The Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection (RLEP), and Concerned Culpeper Citizens (CCC) are working for you to protect your land from the worst case of corporate greed that we have seen here in decades.

Please help us in our efforts to defeat this power line. Please join the PLA. Help us get our message to the public and before the Virginia State Corporation Commission. We have a winning case to make. Legal representation is required and has been retained, and technical consultants have been retained as well; all the experts are hard at work. All of this is expensive and time is of the essence. We have raised approximately half the amount needed for the fight. We can bring this case to a winning conclusion, but not without your help. Your contribution is fully tax deductible under IRS Section 501(c)3. RLEP and CCC are approved 501(c)3 organizations.
